How does it work?

Option 1

Use Business Butler Number

  1. We’ll assign you a dedicated landline number – for example, a 03 number (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor) or a 07 number (Johor Bahru).

  2. Someone calls your 03 (say) number – our dedicated Butler will answer on your behaalf, following your  call script.

  3. We screen your calls and only pass them to you if they’re relevant. If you prefer not to take the call, our team will record the message and forward it to you via WhatsApp or email.

Option 2

Use Your Own Number

  1. If you wish to keep your own number (e.g., 012-3456789), you can work with your Telco provider to forward incoming calls to a dedicated landline assigned exclusively to you (similar to Option 1).

     

  2. When someone calls you (i.e., 012-3456789), our dedicated Butler answers on your behalf, following your call script.

     

  3. After screening, we forward calls to a designated number provided by you (e.g., 012-9876543). If you choose not to take the call, we’ll record the message and send it to you via WhatsApp or email.

Rationale for Using a Different Number for Patching calls to you :
We cannot use the same number that was previously utilized for call forwarding when selecting a new number to patch to.
